This photo is of ripe pepper seeds

The worship of Goddess Durga , all family members gather for this occasion. Basil leaves and flowers are offered to the Goddess.

Mustard fields in a small village near Udaipur, Rajasthan. The beautiful yellow flowers add to the beauty of the place.

Wonderful splashes of colour! I am fascinated by the pepper seeds … do they grow in the wild or are they being cultivated?

  Thanks Peggy, they are cultivated, they are creepers. They are plucked when they are green in colour, then dried under the sun till they are black in colour. They fetch a very good price.
