This is a flute recital concert which was held some time ago in our place by Dr N Ramani , an eminent flautist. He was accompanied by one of his students. The musician next to his student played the Mridangam, and the musician to his right played the violin.
Yakshagana is a traditional folk art form of our place. It is a dance drama and usually stories from our epics and puranas are enacted. Before the performance the artistes come to the temple to seek the blessings of God.
