A Photo a Week Challenge: Masks

IN A NEW POST CREATED FOR THIS CHALLENGE, SHARE A PHOTO OR TWO FEATURING MASKS.

Who would have ever thought that a mask would become an universal feature ? We have become so used to wearing it now that it seems strange if we do not wear one when we go out. I wonder how we will feel when the day comes when we don’t have to wear one ?

This was in June.

In July

In September, my mother in Hyderabad.

  1. You all look very fetching, especially your mother, who looks ready for anything!

  2. We are having to learn to read peoples’ faces with so much less information. The other day my daughter told me she could tell I was smiling from my eyes. I haven’t been quite as successful as knowing just from the mask up how someone is feeling.

    1. Yes. Some can understand by looking at our eyes but there are many who say they cannot.

      1. I am trying to get better at it. I missed you this morning and hope to chat again at another one of Todd’s groups.

      2. Oh, I had not checked my mail. I feel sad that I missed our meeting. Next month I will be careful.

  3. I think I’ll keep on wearing face masks even after this Pandemic is over because I’ve never had a cold or cough since March when it was mandated that we wear one every time we go out.
