Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “deep.” Use it any way you’d like. Have fun!

Life has changed for all of us. We are trying our best to keep the virus at bay. But countless people are suffering in different ways. Deep down most of us are scared about getting infected by the virus. Deep in their hearts people fear being in isolation and of course of dying. We all know we have to die one day but the fear of death is always there. I believe we will not go till our time comes and if our time has come we will go whatever happens. So why worry?  We have to take care and see that we do not hurt others and leave the rest to God.

There have been new experiences in life and they have enriched my life. Last week I was part of an online book club meeting hosted by my blogging friend Todd Tyrtle.

From 2nd of this month I have been taking part in sessions hosted by Mr L Subramani. He is telling us about ‘how to use story telling to build a strong personal narrative’. The sessions are very interesting. Story telling is about our life experiences. We have to go deep into ourselves and understand our identity. We have positive and negative points and we have to be comfortable with them. We have to try and learn the core of ourselves. He said every night before going to sleep, we should close our eyes and take deep breaths and try to think about our life, certain images will come to mind and we have to think about those images and try to understand them. I have been doing this and it is fascinating what comes back to mind. And I have seen it is easier to focus.
