CFFC: Straight Lines This weekly photo challenge runs from Tuesday through Monday.

Last month , we visited beautiful temples of the Hoysala period.

The straight lines in the temples impressed us. They added beauty and depth to the carvings.

    1. Unfortunately some are. In one old temple, stupid people had carved their names on the pillars☹️. Now, no one is allowed to sit in the hall outside the sanctum. We can just go in, offer prayers, look at the sculptures and come out. I just cannot understand people who can spoil such ancient works of art.
